Hello! My name is Keri Kitchen, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. In my experience as a Counselor, I have learned that, first of all, anxiety is actually a very common struggle for many, many people, and secondly, that many people find a cognitive-behavioral approach to be very beneficial in learning to not only manage their symptoms, but resolve underlying conflicts that cause those symptoms.

I created this eCourse as an effort to share that information to you at a fraction of the cost of the series of outpatient sessions it would likely take to achieve the same results.

$197.00

(as compared to 6 sessions of individual face-to-face counseling, which could cost around $800)

"Keri has been extremely helpful in helping me identify issues I need to work on. She always responds quickly, and has insightful advice and questions. I would recommend her to anyone! "

Written by C.A. after counseling with Keri for 2 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, family, intimacy-related, eating, self esteem, and career:

I couldn’t have asked to be paired with a better counselor! I struggle a lot of the time to really say what’s going on, but she knows how to not only make me feel comfortable in talking, but to actually get me to talk. I feel like I can tell her anything and I don’t have to be afraid of feeling judged or stupid. And the resources she has given me have been incredibly helpful to me! For my first experience in counseling of any kind, Keri Kitchen has made me feel so comfortable! And that’s a huge deal for me. Especially when I hate talking about stuff.

Written by J.E. after counseling with Keri for 3 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship, and grief:

Keri has helped me navigate the most difficult and painful phase of my life and I am a much better person for having known her during it. She was always so fast with a response whether I just needed someone to talk to, advice, or practical suggestions. I never felt judged by her, rather I always felt a genuine empathy from her that made her so easy to talk to and be honest with. When everything felt out of control, she would help me become centered again while still giving me plenty of time to process everything. I truly can’t say enough good things about Keri and I am so, so grateful to have found her when I did!

Keri, has worked so mysteriously well with me…Even though we don’t do video chats…which I thought would never work, ..writing and talking on the phone has been amazingly therapeutic! Its a combination of our faith and Keri’s ability to be empathetic, keep me engaged in the process of healing and willing to try various modes. She also has the skills and knowledge to understand the immediate need and therefore flexible to change directions!
